Starbrite takes place entirely within the fictional city of Perla Point and its surrounding environs. We've come up with a lot of stuff for Perla Point, and here it is. #mytouys

Perla Point Overview
Perla Point is a port city nestled on the north coast of California. Inspired by the likes of Seattle, Portland, and San José, it is a major city, but without some of the difficulties that come with being a big city like New York or Los Angeles.
The climate is favorable, mostly skipping over snow in the winter in favor of a rainy season, perfect weather in the fall and the spring, and warm to hot days in the late summer. Perla Point does see snow on occasion, but not very much, and it is uncommon for it to stick. It is located close to many different biomes, including redwood forests, mountains and bluffs, the ocean, a river, the desert, anything you might desire. The beaches in Perla Point are sandy and favorable, but the city doesn’t escape the characteristic craggy cliffs of the north coast.
City life and larger buildings hug the coastline, with suburbs expanding out to the east. Some more rural communities are included in the city limits, with a redwood forest just beyond. The entire city oscillates between being flat and being hilly, as the geography has battled between ocean erosion and the fault lines underneath the city that push up hills and slopes.

- The Scoop Sloop = ice cream store five blocks from the boardwalk, building is shaped like a pirate ship, owned by Rosa Sartori
